There has been a little buzz here at Jersey HQ for the last few days as we have been keeping some rather fab news firmly under our hats! Well, the time has finally come to reveal all and we are super-pleased and oh so excited to tell you that, as from today, we became an official European Winner 2012 in the Shopzilla Circle of Excellence Awards (hurrah for us!).
"The Circle of Excellence recognises those online retailers within the Shopzilla Research network who have demonstrated outstanding performance, as rated by their customers, throughout a one year period. In 2012, over 2,000 online merchants in the UK were considered for an award. Winners consistently obtained feedback from their customers throughout the award year period and received the highest ratings."

Earning the award means that Jersey has consistently received significantly higher satisfaction ratings from you, our rather fabulous customers, than the average scores usually seen here in the UK. The scores are calculated from seven key satisaction indicators:
- Overall satisfaction at the point of sales
- Product selection
- Ease of finding what you are looking for
- Repurchase intent after order receipt
- Product met expectations after order receipt
- On-time delivery
- Customer support
So when we say we deliver happy, we really mean it! But then our job is made pretty easy thanks to you lovely lot so we would like to huge thank you to you all for giving us the thumbs up and helping us achieve such a coveted accolade!
